Questions
- What counts as a scan?
- A completed live scan. Test-key scans and abandoned sessions are free and don’t count against your live quota.
- What happens if I go over?
- Paid plans keep working and extra scans are billed at the per-scan overage price. On Free, new sessions pause until next month.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated automatically. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
- How do I pay?
- By card through our payment partner, who handles VAT and receipts. Enterprise plans can be invoiced in SAR or USD.
